At Brix, our commitment to a true farm-to-table dining experience starts in our garden and vineyard. From sweet heirloom tomatoes, freshly picked green beans and eggplant in the summer to Brussels sprouts and the tiniest sweet peas in the winter, locally grown ingredients (many right from our garden) are featured in every dish. Our chef presents every plate in a style that prizes freshness and simplicity above all else, blending European culinary tradition with California wine country cuisine.
