Napa Valley Academy Award Viewing Party

Over 25 of the Napa Valley's finest restaurants will be at Robert Mondavi Winery on Sunday Febraury 26th for the Napa Valley Academy Awards Telecast Viewing Party. This 24th annual fundraising event raises money for AIDS outreach and prevention. Brix chef, Chris Jones, will be providing a dish that will be paired with wine from the Robert Mondavi Cellar. Valentine’s Day at Brix

Make your reservations now for Napa Valley’s most romantic dinner destination. Tuesday, February 14, will feature Brix delicious dinner menu from 5 PM until 9PM. In addition, Executive Chef Chris Jones has created a three course tasting menu ($45) including a butter lettuce salad with toasted walnuts, fresh chevre, & pomegranate vinaigrette. Main course Atlantic diver dcallops with parsnip purée, trumpet mushrooms, brussels leaves, & beet beurre blanc. For dessert, Coeur a la Crème with blood orange anglaise.
