Brix's
primary style could be defined as Seasonal California
cuisine. Whenever possible, we use local produce,
some of which comes from our
vegetable & herb garden.
Our Chefs
believe in healthful and flavorful cooking, something

the restaurant’s location in the heart of the Napa Valley,

Seasonal Gardens & Vineyards - |

 Adjacent to the restaurant, a
seasonal garden is planted with herbs
and vegetables that enhance the menu in season supplementing the
produce delivered by local farmers. There is also a grove of 100
olive trees, whose fruits are pressed for oil, and beds of edible
flowers, such as borage and pansies.

The seasonal patio at Brix offers a delightful dining
experience day or night. By day, as you gaze over the beautiful
gardens, the colors of the Valley display an ever-changing palate.
At night, wonderful sunsets give way to sparkling stars and the
glow of dinner by candlelight. Brix also has a beautiful indoor
dining room, as well as elegantly appointed private
dining rooms. |
