Deposit and Payment

To guarantee your space and date, we require a deposit in the amount of 50% of your estimated food and beverage total along with 50% of the site fee (if applicable for outdoor events), service and tax. All food and beverage totals and site fees are subject to 20% service and local tax (8%). The balance must be paid at the conclusion of the event. We gladly accept all major credit cards. We are not able to direct bill balances.

For Weddings, we require a deposit in the amount of 50% of your estimated food and beverage total along with 50% of the ceremony site fee,(or reception fees), service and tax. In addition, 90 days prior to your event we require the remaining 50% of the estimated totals. All food and beverage totals and site fees are subject to 20% service and local tax (8%). The balance must be paid at the conclusion of the event. We gladly accept all major credit cards. We are not able to direct bill balances.

In the instance where the deposit is larger than the actual amount spent Brix will issue a credit the next business day.

Shuttle transportation is required for all groups over 40 guests. Wedding coordination is a requirement for all weddings and wedding receptions. All vendors must be from our preferred vendor list or approved by Brix before contract is signed. All Food and Beverage (including wines) must be purchased from Brix.


Additional Charges

All food, beverage, ceremony site and rentals (if requested by guest) prices are subject to a service charge of 20% and local sales tax.

-Fresh floral arrangements
-Audio/visual equipment
-Live music and entertainment
-Dance floor
