Policies
Deposit and Payment
We require that deposit in the amount of 50% of the food and beverage minimum to guarantee your space and date. The balance must be paid at the conclusion of the event. We gladly accept all major credit cards. We are not able to direct bill balances.
Refunds of Deposits
All Deposits will be credited to the final cost of the event. If the host cancels the event, the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages for cancellation and not as a penalty. If the event space is resold to an event of equal or greater size, the deposit is refundable. If the host cancels within 72 hours of the event date, the host will be responsible for payment in full of all food, service charges and tax.
Guarantee
We require that you provide us with a guaranteed minimum number of guests no fewer than five calendar days prior to the event. We will be prepared to serve an additional 10% over the guarantee number. If the guaranteed guest counts decreases by 25% of the original estimated guest count, host will be billed for the original estimated guest count.
Food and Beverage
All Food and Beverage (including wine) must be purchased through Brix. We are not able to provide to go food.
Service and Tax
All food, beverage, ceremony site fees and additional upgrade charges are subject to a service charge of 20% and a local sales tax (currently 8.75%). Service charge and tax is based on the final confirmed number of guests or the number of actual guests, whichever is greater.
Menu and Wine Selections
All Menu and Wine selections are due 14 days prior to the event.
