Deposit and Payment
To guarantee your space and date, we require a deposit in the amount of 50% of your food and beverage minimum. For Weddings, 50% of the ceremony site fees are due along with the food and beverage deposit. All food and beverage minimums and site fees are subject to 20% service and local tax. The balance must be paid at the conclusion of the event. We gladly accept all major credit cards. We are not able to direct bill balances.
All food, beverage, ceremony site and rentals (if requested by guest) prices are subject to a service charge of 20% and local sales tax.
Transportation or valet parking service for all groups over 50 guests. Day of coordination by approved D.O.C. or Brix will assist for additional fee. All vendors must be from our preferred vendor list or approved by Brix before contract is signed. If contract is signed all vendors must be from approved list. All Food and Beverage (including wines) must be purchased from Brix.
Our event coordinator, Matt Guyot will also be happy to assist you in arranging or recommending preferred vendors for the following additional services:
-Fresh floral arrangements
-Live music and entertainment
-Dance floor (included in ceremony site fee)
-Custom tenting and Custom lighting
