We do, however, require that the
first course and dessert course be the
same selection for all of your guests.
You may offer up to two choices of the
main course, with vegetarian options
available upon request. Menu and wine
selections are due no later than 14 days
prior to the event and a final guest
count is due 72 hours prior. All
beverages (including wine) must be
purchased through BRIX Restaurant.
In
order to confirm your reservation, a
signed special events contract and
deposit must be received within 14 days
of booking. The deposit policy is $20.00
per guest, which will be applied to the
final bill the day of your event. All
food and beverage selections are subject
to a 20% service charge and local sales
tax (currently 7.75%).
